Our lenticular process starts with a carefully prepared interlaced image. This involves digitally combining two images or multiple images into a single file, a complex process requiring precision and specialized software. It’s not just about putting two distinct images together. The images must be expertly prepared for the interlace to work better. We then use advanced offset printing with high quality UV ink to print the image onto a suitable substrate. The magic happens when this flat printed image is combined with a high-quality PETG plastic lenticular lens sheet.
